Terms of Use

The rules for using overfeed.news.

These terms cover overfeed.news as it works today. If the service changes in a way that affects them, this page changes with it.

Using the service

overfeed.news is provided as an editorial index: a feed of news, papers, model releases, and community discussions collected from curated sources. You may browse, search, and read excerpts freely. You agree not to use automated means to scrape or republish the feed at scale, and not to interfere with the collection pipeline or the service's availability.

The service is offered as-is, without warranty of uptime, completeness, or accuracy of the underlying source material — we index what sources publish, and can't vouch for it.

Content from other sources

Every news item, paper, model release, and discussion shown here originates from a third-party source and remains the property of whoever published it. We display only a short excerpt alongside a link to the original; we do not host, mirror, or claim rights to the full content.

If you are a source and want your feed removed from the index, or believe an excerpt misrepresents your work, write to [email protected] and we'll address it.

Accounts

Creating an account requires an email address and a password; we use it to identify you, remember your plan, and keep you signed in via a session cookie. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You may stop using the service at any time, and request account deletion by writing to [email protected].

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the service — for example, by scraping the feed at scale, attempting to bypass authentication, or interfering with the collection pipeline. We'll aim to give notice where practical, but reserve the right to act immediately for security reasons.
