overfeed.news is built and run by Privum, a small software company, and edited by Bruno Tangerino. It is not a newsroom with a staff; it is a measurement pipeline with an editor. The editor chooses which sources are tracked, writes and revises the guides, sets the rules the daily reports must follow, and answers corrections.

By hand: the list of sources, the content policy that limits every entry to a short excerpt, the four reference guides, and the rules and validation that every report has to pass. By machine: the collection that runs around the clock, the daily price snapshots from RunPod, Vast.ai and OpenRouter, and the drafting of the daily report.

The daily report is drafted by a language model from a structured pack of that day's numbers and nothing else, then checked automatically: every number must exist in the pack, no performance claims, no links, no rewriting of third-party text. A draft that fails is discarded. No human reads each report before it goes live; the checks are the editor's standard applied every day, and the pack each report was written from is kept for audit.
