The lowest hourly rate for at least 24 GB VRAM is $0.16 for an RTX A5000 on runpod. For 32 GB VRAM or more, the Q RTX 8000 with 48 GB VRAM is cheapest at $0.2689 per hour on vast.ai, with one offer available. This same card also serves the 48 GB VRAM tier at the same price.
For 80 GB VRAM, the A800 PCIE is available at $0.4678 per hour on vast.ai with two offers. The RTX PRO 6000 Max-Q with 96 GB VRAM costs $1.2682 per hour on vast.ai and has nine offers. The MI300X with 192 GB VRAM is the cheapest option for 141 GB VRAM or more at $2.39 per hour on runpod.
